I have actively worked as a business and trial lawyer in the Contra Costa County area for over 35 years. I work in the Martinez and Walnut Creek area. My Practice

- Real estate. I work with builders, contractors, grading companies, among others, handling all types of documents, from banking agreements to insurance policies, and mechanics liens to foreclosures. I help clients resolve issues related to easements and claims of adverse possession, and represent individuals in land use and planning matters.
- Wills, trusts and probate. I help individuals and families identify the best strategies for the distribution of assets. I prepare all the necessary documents to help you plan for the orderly transfer of your assets, including wills, trusts, buy-sell agreements and other business or corporate succession instruments.
